Questions we get asked
How far ahead should I book?
Same day is often fine if a vehicle is free, but for airport runs we like at least 12 hours notice. For weddings, proms, charters and the party bus, book a few weeks out because those dates fill up.
Do you follow my flight?
Yes. Add your airline and flight number when you book and we watch the arrival, so the chauffeur is there for the time you actually land rather than the time on your ticket.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit is charged to your card when you book online. The balance can go on the same card or you can settle in cash with the chauffeur on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Airport and point to point trips can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pick up. Hourly, charter, party bus, wedding and prom bookings need 7 days. Inside 48 hours those bookings are charged the minimum hourly rate. Full details are on our booking policy page.
Which areas do you cover?
Toronto and the wider GTA, plus all of the major airports in southern Ontario. If you are not sure whether we reach you, put the address in the booking form and it will price the trip.
